Lisa Effress

Managing Partner

Energetic, passionate and resourceful, Lisa Effress is 11 Dollar Bill’s Managing Partner. She draws on a deep background as a managing director, executive producer and producer in agency, corporate and entertainment industry roles, and a broad skillset that encompasses every aspect of production and post-production, as well as business affairs, talent negotiations and licensing.

After beginning her career in television production, Lisa got her start in advertising as a producer at Minneapolis agency Peterson Milla Hooks. She later became a Senior Producer at TBWA/Chiat Day, Los Angeles, and then joined Crispin Porter + Bogusky as Executive Integrated Producer. Over the course of her agency experience, she produced campaigns for Target, Windows Phone, Gatorade, Visa, Sony PlayStation, Nissan, GAP, Microsoft, American Express, Burger King and many other top brands. She later became a freelance producer, collaborating with clients including Annie’s Homegrown, Burt’s Bees, Church’s Chicken, Al Gore’s The Climate Reality Project and JC Penney.

In 2016, Lisa accepted a position as Executive Producer of Mentorship at Intel Corporation’s Agency Inside where she developed a mentorship program assisting film students worldwide in producing impactful content for Intel’s corporate headquarters in Silicon Valley. The success of that program helped Agency Inside earn distinction as Ad Age’s In-House Agency-of-the-Year.

When not producing, Lisa spends every available minute with her husband and daughter skiing, hiking and enjoying life in Colorado.
